The Athletic Performance Health MOT is a comprehensive health assessment designed for athletes, fitness enthusiasts and physically active individuals who want to understand and optimise their health, performance and recovery.
Combining advanced laboratory testing with medical and Ayurvedic assessment, it evaluates nutritional status, cardiovascular health, blood sugar regulation, hormone balance, muscle recovery, inflammation and other important factors that may affect strength, stamina and endurance. The assessment can help identify underlying imbalances that may contribute to fatigue, reduced performance, slow recovery or an increased risk of injury and overtraining.
Someone Looking for Peak Performance & Recovery

inflammatory markers that may help identify factors contributing to poor recovery or declining performance. Results must be considered
alongside symptoms and training history.

AST, inflammatory markers, kidney markers and other results.
An 8–12-hour overnight fast may be recommended for the most consistent glucose and lipid results. You may drink plain water. The clinic
will confirm your individual preparation instructions.
No. Continue prescribed medication unless your GP or specialist advises otherwise. Please tell the clinic about all medication and
supplements you take.
Some supplements can affect laboratory results. Where clinically appropriate, stop non-essential supplements for 48 hours and bring a complete list of protein products, creatine, vitamins, herbal products and performance supplements.
Yes. Your clinician will review the findings, explain any abnormal or performance-relevant results and provide personalised
recommendations.
Allow approximately 30–60 minutes for the health assessment, blood collection and urinalysis.
The reporting time will depend on the laboratory and the specialist markers included. The clinic will confirm the expected turnaround time
when you book.
Your clinician will explain the result and recommend the appropriate next step. This may include lifestyle or nutritional guidance, repeat
testing, further investigations or referral to your GP or an appropriate specialist.
No. It provides a detailed laboratory and health assessment but does not replace an emergency assessment, sports physical examination,
