At Dr. Ashok’s Ayurveda UK, we are committed to providing a high-quality educational experience for all participants of our Ayurvedic Constitutional Analysis Course and live webinars. To ensure clarity and fairness, we have outlined the following refund policy for both course cancellations and webinars.
1. Course/Webinar Cancellation Policy
- Live Virtual Content Programs with live virtual content hosted by Dr. Ashok’s Ayurveda UK may be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the start date of the program. After this period, no refunds will be issued for cancellations.
- Pre-Recorded Programs Pre-recorded programs are non-refundable.
- Course Materials If course materials (such as books, kits, or resources) have already been shipped to the client, it can be partially refunded if returned un-opened and in original packaging. It is the responsibility of the client to arrange the return in perfect order. The shipping cost for the return of these materials will be your responsibility.A postage and packing charge will be deducted from initial payment and the remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Non-Refundable Tickets for in-person events and certain products or services may be non-refundable. Kindly note that any approved refunds may be subject to a processing fee of up to 10% of the total order value plus postage and packaging charges.

2. Refunds for Ayurvedic Constitutional Analysis Course
Dr. Ashok’s Ayurveda UK offers an enriching learning experience, and we understand that circumstances may change. Below are the details of our course refund policy:
- Cancellation Within 14 Days of Enrollment:
If you cancel your registration within 14 days of enrollment and before the course begins, you will be eligible for a full refund minus a £10 administrative fee. To request a refund, please email us at info@drashokayurveda.co.uk. - Cancellation After 14 Days of Enrollment:
If you cancel after 14 days of enrollment but before the course begins, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the course fee. The refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Cancellation Within 7 Days of Course Start Date:

If you have received any physical course materials (e.g., books, kits, or resources) as part of your registration and wish to cancel, these materials must be returned unopened and unused within 7 days of your cancellation request. Once pre-recorded content or webinars has been accessed or downloaded, no refunds will be issued.
5. Course Cancellations by Dr. Ashok's Ayurveda UK
In the unlikely event that Dr. Ashok’s Ayurveda UK needs to cancel or reschedule the course, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future course at no additional charge.
